Yabado was one of my first opportunities to work in the mobile gaming industry. Based in Germany, Yabado is a small indie mobile game publisher, and I collaborated with their team remotely. My focus was primarily on iOS titles, though I occasionally worked on Android versions as well. The projects required fast turnarounds—typically one or two creative assets were completed each week. The goal during this phase was rapid experimentation with simple game concepts to identify what resonated with users.

As the first wave of releases generated performance data, we were able to refine our creative strategies and shift toward more polished, in-depth gaming experiences. With stronger insights and more time, I took on a larger role in developing creative assets that supported this next phase of the company’s growth. Our long-term objective was to strike the right balance between quick-to-market concepts and scalable, high-quality projects.
